Leveau-Agricole, Malcouzane get best sports awards 2009
|
February 1, 2010 -- Javelin specialist Lindy Leveau-Agricole and badminton player Steve Malcouzane are the sportswoman and sportsman 2009, respectively.
The guest of honour at the sports awards ceremony, President James Michel, presented the two winners with the cups at the annual event on 29th January, NSC hall, Roche Caiman.
First Lady Nathalie Michel gave Lindy and Steve their R15,000 cheques.
Lindy Leveau-Agricole is sportswoman of the year for the fourth time.
