Following the devastating train accident claiming many lives and injuring countless others in the Andhra Pradesh State, on behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Seychelles, President Danny Faure has sent a message expressing heartfelt condolences to His Excellency Shri. Pranab Mukherjee, President of the Republic of India.

In his message, President Faure said " we join with the bereaved families in this time of grief and sorrow to pray for all the lives cut short by this tragic accident. We also pray for a speedy recovery of those injured."
