Maintaining his commitment to members of the inner island community, President Danny Faure met with members of the public who had requested an appointment to see him by letter over the last two days.

President Faure met with residents of Praslin on Friday, and residents of La Digue on Saturday. He joined citizens for jogging after work, as part of his exercise initiative launched this year, on Friday on La Digue.

This marks the third time this year he has visited the inner islands to meet with citizens.
