President Dr Patrick Herminie has announced the appointment of the Investment Appeal Panel.

The appointment is made in accordance with Section 12 of the Seychelles Investment Act, 2010.

The Investment Appeal Panel provides an independent mechanism for investors to appeal against certain decisions made under the Act. The Panel considers and determines such appeals in accordance with the law, helping to ensure fairness, transparency and accountability in the administration of Seychelles’ investment framework. 

The full composition of the Investment Appeal Panel is as follows:

The appointment takes effect on 1st September 2026 for a 3-year period.
